Jessica is a senior cyber security leader with more than a decade of experience in crisis management, incident response, and security operations. As a strategic leader, she has created, managed, and led cyber security operations programs for global organizations, including in the financial, industrial, logistics, and real estate industries, and more. She effectively integrates strategy, program design, governance, and operations to implement resilient enterprise solutions.

Prior to joining Optiv, Jessica directed global incident response teams at Cisco during crises and provided strategic leadership to reduce risk and improve processes and procedures for global organizations. Jessica has also worked for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and a Fortune 200 company, to create and direct security operations, enhance technical awareness, and improve overall national security.
