The human element is one of the weakest links, as a result your employees are now the primary attack vector. From phishing and infected USB drives to lost mobile devices and weak passwords, people represent the greatest risk to most organizations. Many organizations are now rolling out security awareness programs with the intent of changing human behavior. However, they have no plan on how to measure those changes or determine if they are truly having an impact. This talk explains what metrics are important to measuring human behavior, and how organizations are doing it effectively.
