Cybercrime continues to evolve into a truly transnational phenomenon. Highly technical and organized individuals with clear financial motivation continue to target our financial, retail, and service sectors. Only by understanding the origin and motivation of these criminals can the problem be properly confronted. This presentation will also include a present-day case study on criminal actors that the USSS recently extradited back to the United States and the criminal intelligence these individuals have provided to help protect our infrastructure.
